Go to the Operations and Maintenance module, and click Calendar in the side menu.

This will take you to the calendar, and you can use the filter to narrow down what the calendar should show. You can easily switch between the different tabs at the top, to have the calendar show only cases assigned to you, teams you are a part of, other teams, or all cases.

Below the tabs you have even more filtering options. You can filter by object type (property, building..), objects, task type (routine or work order), status, and tasks that are overdue. You also have a reset filter button.

The tasks are color-coded, so you can easily distinguish them based on their status:

Examples

Work orders:
In the example below, we have filtered on “Assigned to me”, the object type Building, then on the object “Torp Panorama”, and selected that the task type should be work order. Routine tasks will thus be filtered out:

You can click on the task in the calendar to see more info, or go straight to processing:

Routines:
In the example below, we have filtered all cases, the object type Building, the buildings Kirkegata 23 and Building B, the task type routines, and that the calendar should only show overdue tasks. Tasks with a yellow color and a warning triangle are overdue. The reason you see other, gray tasks is that they belong to a routine that is overdue. This means they are also displayed in the calendar, even though they have a deadline in the future:
